I do run a small herbal and aromatherapy business, Gold Dragon Herbal .
I have recently published my first book through Lulu.com, A Complete Guide for a Healthy Body: A Basic Guide to Natural Total Body Care . It's a fairly extensive book covering nearly every aspect of caring for your body... naturally. It is written in a friendly, conversaitonal manner to guide you through every step of the way - whether you are completely unfamiliar with the concepts discussed, or just wanting to brush up on some tips and tricks!
I am also the Herbs editor for BellaOnline.
