About Me

Make me smile,, it's the quickest way to my heart. Can't think of anything I enjoy more than laughing. Wellll, maybe one thing! I have two great kids, and a grand daughter who is the light of my life, as you can tell by one of my pics. I've been an LPN all my life. Work third shift, which means I'm one of those people with a wayout sick sense of humor,,, you need that to work nights. It suits me perfect! I use crafting as my form of therapy--which I seem to need lots of! And I'm a firm believer, you can never have enough ink--what a great way to display some wonderful artwork, and the story of your life.

My Interests

love trying anything new,,,, I'm talking crafting here,, I think??? : ) enjoy sitting by a lake, just enjoying nature. Going for a casual walk,, not a big exerciser here. I like taking things slow and easy. And I love to just "people watch". We're definitely facinating creatures.

I'd like to meet:

I'm just looking to meet some new... and some old friends, and have some fun.

Music:

My favorite music changes from day to day, and mood to mood. Not too much that I don't like. But I think my all time favorite would still be Aerosmith, from back in the day. Lots of good stuff out there now though, too.

Movies:

Two all time favorites,, "Whose Life Is It Anyway",which no one else seems to have ever heard of, and "Brian's Song". AND how could I forget,,,, "Rocky Horror Picture Show"!!!!!

Television:

not a huge fan. But will lose sleep to watch Big Brother when it's on.

Books:

Love anything by Dean Koontz, but haven't been reading much lately,, been needing too much of that crafting therapy-- gotta try to stay sane!

Heroes:

Only one,, my dad, who was taken away way too soon.
