i'm a 20 something chicana, born and raised in the bordertown of el paso tejas, living in oakland ca.yes, i am a lover of life, people, music, butterflies, Justice...i love family, friends, food, music, nature, art, trees, freedom! i'm a daughter, sista, partner, friend, tia, activist, organizer who really cares about what's happening in my community, city, state, country and the world. i sincerely wish for a profound change in society... i'm a believer in human agency and the power of hope, vision and collective action. i love to be inspired.initially- like in early/mid 2005- i was pretty skeptical about this myspace thing, afterall i was never a friendster. i thought yeah right, like i can maintain an "online community!" but then hey, i've found so many of you or you found me and i think it's pretty cool;)so, lets develop/ maintain/strengthen our friendship and connection... by honoring and recognizing the divine in eachother, we can be a part of creating something positive in this world!dont mistake humility for weakness
