About Me

Metropolin is a musical project which includes many Israeli artists.
The project was founded by Ofer Meiri, an Israeli music producer and musican who created many TV commercials and jingles and also produced the albums of artists as Dana Berger and Korin Alal.
About the album "Metropolin":
The album contains 13 melodic tracks combined with synthesizers, stringed instruments, guitars and basses.
"It was written at the city of 'fast', immediate satisfactions, emigrants and life in the unclear future... It's a concept that speaks through my eyes. and sometimes through the eyes of the foreign workers and the alienation and disconnection that me or other people feel in Tel-Aviv and generally about living in a city."
About the album "HaSlil":
Two years after the great success of the first album, a new album "HaSlil" was released. The sound of the album is elctronic blended with melancholic pop-rock. It's produced magnificently by Ofer Meiri and features artists such as: Dana Adini, Barak Gabizon, Roni Altar, Arkadi Duchin, Ivri Lider, Aviv Geffen and Michael Frost.
In reference to the difference between the 2 albums, says Meiri: "Dana and Roni are an integral part of 'Metropolin', in collaboration with me and Barak Gabizon. As opposed to the previous album, which I started to work on as a studio album, this time we functioned as a band from the very beginning."
