About Me

We liked getting booked and are always up for playing new venues, parties, etc. Contact us here or at [email protected].
DJ Version Girl (Dana) and DJ CarryUs (Jill) met in 2004 and soon realized we both enjoyed reggae more than any other ladies we knew and wanted to share it with the masses.
The Philly Reggae Girls have played Philadelphia clubs such as The Reef, The Khyber, The Bubble House, M-Room, World Café Live, Rotunda, First Unitarian Church, Johnny Brenda's and Tritone. We have enjoyed playing for events such as scooter rallies, fundraisers, and opening for concerts.
We run all genres of Jamaican music from ska to dancehall, from the old to the new. We play almost exclusively vinyl, but we are comfortable with other media and can adapt to any situation. We will supply our own record decks and CD decks if needed.
Please check our show listings for upcoming events.
Visit our individual myspace pages below to find out more about each of us.
