About Me

a penny for your thoughts...

My name is Jill.
I'm 16 and a sophomore.
I don't party or do anything weird like that.
I guess that makes me kinda weird.
But whatev.
Sales people kinda scare me. I mean, why do they have to be all up in your face?
I listen to Christmas music year-round.
I never believed in Santa, the Easterbunny, Toothfairy, or leprechauns. But...who really believes in leprechauns?
For some reason, me and my friends get into arguments about who the hottest Disney prince is. And it's NOT Eric!
Alot of the time, when I start to cry (during movies), I fake yawn so people will think my eyes are just watering.
When my brothers make me mad, I sneak into their rooms and untune all their guitars.
I've never really gotten any sort of coffee from Starbucks. And the one time I did, I didn't really drink it.
When I'm in bathrooms that have showers with shower curtains, I don't like to look behind them because I always think there could be someone hiding behind them, waiting to kill me.
I've only bought one thing from Abercrombie and it cost less than $5.
Like most, I am terrified of clowns.
I don't like to go by the giant turtles at the zoo. Ew.
I hate the Goonies. A waste of film in my opinion.
I miss being able to wear those flashing shoes I wore when I was little. If they ever make them big enough for me to wear, you can bet I'll be wearing them.
I can't stand it when people say the word "uber". Oh come on! Like it's actually natural for you to say that!
Large birds kind of freak me out.
The other night, I was driving home and a possum ran across the road. All the way home, I had the feeling he was going to come back to get me...
Don't mind the URL. I'm really not that much of a LOTR freak. Actually, I'm not at all.
I used to be terrified of growing up when I was little. I cried about it. I have to admit, I still don't exactly like the idea of it.
I learned everything I know about classic literature from Wishbone.
I always love a good Chuck Norris joke.
I love the way those blocks of Post-it notes smell.
One of my biggest fears is chiggers.
I had a cape when I was little. And yes, I wore it.
Haha...Captain Kirk fights Hitler. The best!
I'm on a kind of 80s/country music binge right now.
Okay, why do people put pictures of them and their boyfriend/girlfriend making out? I mean, seriously, what kind of comment can anyone make about such a picture?
I hate writing in yearbooks! I totally suck at it! And I can never think of anything to write...
I find it interesting that people don't think I'm Mexican. No! I just picked the last name Ramirez because I liked it!

My Interests

God would have to be numero uno, because without him, my life would be pretty much meaningless. I love my bestest friends micki, kelsey, and chella[Rachel for all y'all that don't know]!!! I wasn't born with sisters, but luckily God gave me three to keep me out of trouble. i love to shop, like most girls and i like to read. i love music and i like to try new things.

I'd like to meet:

people who will become eventual friends and will appreciate my strangeness.

Music:

i like a lot a bit of everything. i love music! i like classical and jazz. blues and bluegrass. i'm starting to really like country. i like indie and antifolk. rock: pretty much all types of rock. there's a limited amount of rap i like because everything today seems to sound the same. there's not much originality left in that area. these are pretty much the basics of what i like, but there's still so much more i listen to. the only type i really can't stand is emo. to me, a bunch of guys sitting around and whining just isn't music.

Movies:

i love them. i love too many to list.

Television:

The Office Scrubs I Love Lucy Grey's Anatomy America's Next Top Model Lost seinfeld

Books:

i pretty much like LOVE reading. call me a nerd, i don't care, i already know i am. i love tons of books so it would be useless to list all of them. but you get the point. i read books.

Heroes:

people who aren't afraid to be different, i have a lot of respect for those people.
