About Me

I grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and it's surrounding towns. My family would move every couple of years to another town or another house and it was very hard as a child. Couldn't really get to know the kids in the neighborhood because we'd move soon thereafter. One good thing that came from that whole experience was the fact that I listened to a lot of music. It seemed to be the only constant in my life at the time.
I've always have had a passion for music. When I was young my listening range consisted of whatever was popular in the 80s, oldies and classical music. I listened to classical music for the most part when I was little and decided that it would be nice to try and learn how to play the keyboard at age 8 just to see if I could actually play something that I also love to listen to. So I started to teach myself how to play, but I played for 2 years and realized that I didn't want to play keyboard at all. It just wasn't my thing at the time. Reflecting back on it all now, I just think it just wasn't the right time in my life to fully enjoy the piano/keyboard.
Six years went by, with me still listening to tons of music, and I decided I wanted to play the drums at age 16. I was listening to a song on the radio and almost instinctively began playing the air drums to it. I started to play the drums and my love for music just took off from there. In the 2 years that I played drums I tried out for the district band and got the opportunity to try out for the state band. I succeeded in both of the auditions and to this day it still amazes me that I was actually in the All-State Band in Massachusetts with barely 2 years of experience under my belt.
After High School I attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where I was a Music Synthesis student. It wasn't until my second year there that I really found a passion for electronic music. I find it absolutely amazing to create a sound out of nothing at all.
Enjoy your stay!
All songs on this Myspace were made with Propellerhead Reason 4.0, Cubase 3.0 SX and a TON of VST instruments using a Korg Karma.
