Grebhtor Smoo is a consultant nanophysist at Moscow State University and is visting consultant to the Moscow Institute of Engineering and Physics ( MIFI ) He acts in an advisory capacity to the Chemical and Biological Arms Control Institue USA and played a key role in covering up the recent nerve gas attack on Disneyworld, Florida. He is also a founder fellow of The Institute for Research into Human Happiness ( Kyoto ) the John Cleves Symmes Institute of Disembodied Politics.
