ok it's been 4 weeks since the last update and now i'm down to 101kgs.so things are still going well.i'm getting a little better with not eating rubbish but still have alot more to do to lose the last...

ok 2 weeks into it and i'm back down to 105kg to where i was before going to europe.i know you lose a bit at the start so i'm not expecting to lose 2kg a week all the time.so i will have to start bein...

yes i am if you doubted it.i got back from europe and now weigh 109kg.my aim is to be less than 90kg by chrissy.so far this week i've been goodish.so lets see how i go.see you in a few weeks
