About Me


Jane K. Cleland is the author of the Josie Prescott Antiques Mysteries, which have been referred to as an Antiques Roadshow for mystery fans. Her first novel, Consigned to Death, was a finalist for the Agatha, David, and Macavity Awards for Best First Novel. The second in the series is Deadly Appraisal, and the third is Antiques to Die For, released in April 2008 [all by St. Martin's Minotaur]. In April, 2009, Killer Keepsakes, will be released (stay tuned for more information!)

Jane used to own a rare book and antiques store in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and now lives in New York City with her husband. Jane is the president of the Mystery Writers of America , New York Chapter and the chair of the Wolfe Pack's literary awards .
