About Me

Bohemian storytelling tours offers a radically unique walking tour of downtown Portland that is best described as site-specific street theater. Tour groups will be treated to theatrical and musical performance, poetry, and local history, and will be invited to actively participate. Now touring: Deep Water. Deep Water is a tour in two acts, and runs approximately 2 hours. The tour explores humankind’s relationship with water, considering such questions as, is a river held captive by its bridges? And, what can we make of the life of a raindrop and its journey from sky to sea? Tours may be scheduled to take place during the hours of your choice, for your group at a negotiable rate.We do apologize that tours cannot be performed in heavy rain, as the performance utilizes sensitive electronic equipment that is not intended for outdoor use in wet weather. In the event of moderate or heavy rain, or intermittent showers, at the day and time of a scheduled tour, we will be forced to cancel, possibly at short notice. For individual reservations, we will reschedule our missed tour so as to accommodate that group in the most timely fashion possible.
