Movies:
Martial art flicks, action flicks involving Vin Diesel or The Rock, but my most favorite movie to date is....it combines the elements of ninjas and Batman lore, what pure cinematic genius!!
Television:
HEROES, Lost, Reno 911, Nip/Tuck, The Office, MacGyver, Whose Line Is It Anyways (US or British versions), Iron Chef (not the rip off Iron Chef America), and almost any reality show (It's like watching a train wreck).
Books:
You may laugh, but this book is quite the eye opener.
