Pre svega...
FATALITY NIJE METALLICA/MEGADETH TRIBUTE BAND, NITI TRIBUTE BEND ZA BILO KOJI DRUGI BEND. HVALA.
First of all...
FATALITY IS NOT A METALLICA/MEGADETH TRIBUTE BAND, OR A TRIBUTE BAND TO ANY OTHER BAND. THANK YOU.
Here's a shitty bio I wrote pretending not to be myself:
Tower came to high school in search of a band to play with… He’d been looking for musicians to play in his 80s styled thrash metal band for quite a while, but found no one. His one and only goal in this new environment was to find a guitarist, a bassist, a drummer and to form a band.
First, he met Peki. Peki didn’t really like Tower at first, because Tower is an asshole, but, then Tower introduced his music to Peki, and he was quite impressed. All this took place in late 2005, or as Tower likes to think, 1984. So, Peki was in, and a bass player and a drummer needed to be found.
Then, Tower’s friend Djole, who now plays guitar in a band called Sextasy invited Tower into a band of his own to play bass. Tower accepted and met up with the rest of the band. He didn’t think it would work, as it was not really serious, but the drummer caught his eye. He didn’t say a word, yet he kicked ass behind the drum set. On January 13th 2006, which is the Serbian New Year, after rehearsal, as Tower and this silent drummer were travelin’ home, Tower invited him to join his, yet unnamed band. Tihi (which means “silent†in Serbian) accepted.
The trio hit the rehearsal studio and practiced ‘till death. One day, while the band was playing Mortal Kombat, Peki had a brilliant idea to name the band FATALITY. As you can tell, it was accepted. Finding a bassist was fucking hard, though. They searched everywhere… Even behind the couch, and under the bed, however, it took them until summer 2007. to find one. Kosta joined the band, and it was time for the first gig.
The first gig was on June 29th 2007. at Belgrade’s SKC. After that, a bunch of small gigs followed up until the band hit the studio to record their first material entitled “Dredge Metal EPâ€. The promotional EP featured four songs, “80sâ€, “Your Worthless Powerâ€, “Citadel†and “Othello’s Poem†and it found great feedback, both among critics and common listeners.
Since then, new songs are being written and rehearsed, and plans for new promotional EPs made. A minor problem occurred when Tower was hospitalized, due to nose deviation operation. Something got fucked up, and Tower almost bled to death, but in the end it all turned out well.
