As a singer/songwriter with roots in jazz and soul, Australian born Shelley Rosenberg has spent the last three years in the U.S., working with writers and producers such as Mike Shapiro (Will I Am, Justin Timberlake, Macy Gray), Guy Roche (Christina Aguillera, Brandy) Marc Swersky (Joe Cocker, Hillary Duff), Boots Ottestad (Robbie Williams, Tim McGraw, Jessie McCartney) 7 Aurelius (J-Lo, Ashanti, Ja Rule), Charlie Midnight (James Brown, Joni Mitchell), Alain Johannes (Eleven, Queens of the Stoneage) and many more.Prior to relocating to New York City in 2006, Shelley co-wrote and performed three tracks with electronica group, Endorphin who made their mark via the Café Del Mar series of releases. In January 2006 Shelley signed with BMG Music Publishing, and a month later wrote the theme song for the international kid’s show, “H20 – Just Add Water” which first went to air in July 2006, and since then has gone to air in 130 countries around the world. In October 2007 H20 was also nominated for Best Television Show at the 2007 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards in London.Shelley’s passionate writing includes both music and lyrics for all genres (pop, rock, country, dance, jazz, R&B/soul, hip-hop and electronic),Currently living in Los Angeles, Shelley is available to write or co-write songs for artists and film and television projects.
