..From the ashes of bands such as Civil//Disgust and driven by madness Ambient Black resurfaces as a musical and lyrical change to all the regulation bands from around the Montebello area. Infusing Crust and Hardcore with bits of Ambient, Post Rock, and some times even Metal, Ambient Black rises to the challenge. Promoting a change from the norm not only lyrically but musically. we dont sing about the environment, or even about a corrupt fucked up system. we see the darkness and dwell in it. We live in it and maybe even embrace it. That is the essence of Ambient Black.
