"Ive been DJing heavy Drum N Bass since 2000, starting out on my mates belt-drives (those were the days Dobbo!) then got my own set of technics 1210's M3 about a year or so later. By the end of 2002 I began playing out and shared a residency with two other Dj's at a bar in Market Square,Nottingham. I then went on to play A HELL OF A LOT of insane DnB parties around Nottingham (many of them at our house, Waterloo Crescent represent!) and shared another residency at Fudge Bar,Alfreton Rd,Nottingham on saturday nights. Played sets at Kombination Funk(Blueprint,Nottingham ) and many at The (notorious) Edge in Nottingham city centre where myself, Dj Case and Linton began to run a club night of our own in 2005(?) called Stamina. This was short lived due to disagreements with the managment. In 2006, myself and the mighty CASE entered "THE VAULT" DJ COMPETITION IN COVENTRY which we rinsed out like a hot flannel getting first (Case) and second place out of nearly 30 other semi-pro DJ's. Producing-wise; haven't been doing it too long...since 2004. I've got the music theory side down as Im a instrumentalist too,however the lack of knowledge on the tech and software side can sometimes hold me back. Again,watch this space. Began making tunes with 'AcidBurn Project' in 2003 since they were MusicTech. students. But later more with JKidd(half of AB)....Watch this space...."
