About Me

One day, I will be able to tell you in person that I traveled the entire world. One day I will be able to say that I visited most, if not all, of the countries on every continent and that I saw the sights and buildings and monuments and history that define those countries. On that day, I will tell you that I spent time in those countries and that I got to know the people that live there. I learned their languages. I learned of their cultures. I learned their history. And I taught them some of mine. Perhaps I’ll be able to tell you that while I was seeing the world and learning about other people, I learned also about myself. I discovered who I am and what I’m doing here on this world. Maybe I’ll tell you that I saw people suffer and I’ll be driven to do something about it. Maybe I’ll say to you that meeting all those people gave me new hope in the human race. I’ll be able to tell you all the places you should visit if you are interested in this or that. I’ll tell you that I walked along the Great Wall of China. That I rode on an honest-to-goodness camel. Perhaps I’ll even tell you that I met the love of my life. That some local musician took me under his wing for a time and taught me the music native to his country. Maybe I’ll tell you that in Rome I saw all the things I had only ever seen in my Latin textbook and heard other people describe. And I’ll be able to describe them all to you. I’ll tell you that I saw the pyramids and a few mummies and I’ll comment on how they are much more magnificent in person than you could even begin to imagine. I’ll tell you that I finally learned how to salsa. Maybe I’ll tell you that it’s all overrated and not worth the trouble. That I was glad to come home. Or maybe I’ll be ready to do it all over again. But either way, I will have accomplished the one thing I’ve dreamt of doing for my whole life. Some day it will happen.

You scored as Remus Lupin, You're a calm, cool, optimistic person who doesn't dwell on the bad but looks more deeply into the good. You're wise and know much about the world, and though you teach your lessons to others, react humbly when complimented on your intelligence. You've suffered a lot in your life but are extremely accepting of it all and suffer inwardly. You're a great friend to have as you're gentle and caring.
