Two years passed, things have changed, the group has evolved. Now The Raskals take influences from every kind of black music. In those past day the name of group is changed in "Mee Roy & The Arethinians". This chose is made because the group changed and needed a new name that show this changement. The songs you can listen, were recorded 4 months ago by the former group, now the group has changed. Il progetto The Raskals nasce nel Maggio del 2005; un gruppo di giovani aretini che condividono una comune passione... lo ska. Molto tempo .. passato da allora, molte le evoluzioni, molti gli stravolgimenti che hanno reso il gruppo cos.. com'.. adesso. Le sonorit.. contengono soltanto un pallido ricordo di quelli che erano i primi sound della formazione, ormai la musica che possiamo ascoltare dai Raskals raggiunge tutte le varie sfaccettature della musica nera. In questi giorni il nome è cambiato: Mee Roy & the Arethinians. Questa scelta è stata presa dopo molti giudizi, ripensamenti e difficoltà ... Anche se il nome è mutato tutti i componenti del gruppo resteranno sempre dei Raskals nel cuore... Le registrazioni che potete sentire in questa pagina web risalgono a molti mesi fa e ad una passata formazione, il gruppo attualmente è cambiato. I raskals si scusano per tutti gli errori e per la qualità .. delle canzoni che potete ascoltare. Potete guardarvi questp stupendo, fantastico, inebriante video qua sotto, che anche se vecchio anch'esso, rispecchia più delle canzoni il nostro attuale sound! E' prossimo all'uscita il nostro primo cd-demo...
