FREE CHARITY POKER TOURNAMENTS NIGHTLY!!!
Texas Hold'em Tournaments and Charity Sit-n-Go's
See our calendar on the right for nightly start times.
HOW IT WORKS:
Show up and Sign Up:
Pick a night at a bar
near you, show up, find the tournament Pit Boss, sign up, and take your seat.
Upon signing up for the first time you play,
you will be given an Xtreme Poker Tour Card, with an ID number. You
will need to keep and remember this number, as it is how we keep track of
players eligible for finals tournaments
Returning players;
please remember to find the tournament Pit Boss and sign-in upon arrival to
ensure yourself a seat. Those arriving late, or those signed in
after all available tables have been filled will be listed as an Alternate.
The bar pays for us to
be there so you can play for free, so no outside food or drinks
allowed inside the bar. Please remember to tip your waiter/waitress!!
FREE Tournaments:
There is NO ENTRY FEE,
no gambling, no personal side bets and/or no cash bounties allowed.
Our chips have no cash value.
Each night listed on the calendar to the right,
there will be a Main Event Tournament at the location listed. Each
Main Event Tournament is a multi-table, single elimination tournament, with
prizes awarded at the end on each tournament. It is expected that
all entrants are familiar with the game of No-Limit Hold'em. Rules and tournament
decisions will be based on Robert's
Rules of Poker. If a discrepancy exists between Robert's
Rules of Poker and the rules listed here, then the rules listed
here take precedence. If a rules dispute occurs during play, the
tournament Pitt Boss shall have final authority.
The number of winners, and the value of prizes, is
determined by the number of players in the Main Event. In addition
to the prizes awarded at each Main Event Tournament,
500 Chips:
Each player seated
at the published start time will begin the tournament with a 500 count chip
stack.
Alternates who arrive BEFORE the published
start time will also begin the tournament with a 500 count ship stack.
Alternates
who arrive AFTER the published start time, and within the first hour of play
will start with 20% reduced chip stack, or 400 chips. No one may
enter the tournament after One hour of game time has elapsed.
Your Dealers:
Please respect your dealer and their ability to deal. They have been doing this a while, and know their jobs.
Please do not splash the pot, call out hands or help with the dividing and/or making of side pots. Please do not react to the flop/turn/river after you have folded your hand.
Your dealer is not paid to deal, and works for your tips only.
