Joined at the hip but fully detachable raconteurs, seZsu pluck letters from words to protect the reputation of the alphabet. Siamese teatotalers birthed from the sordid affair of the letters Q and W, SeZsu's umbilical cord constantly battles vagrant letters to ensure letter purity in the forest of words. .. Queenslands midwives of story, raconteurs and sometime superheros, seZsu are a spoken word, multimedia ensemble. Their unique blend of spoken word, sound, dance and visual artistry are presented in surrealist thematic sets such as Cross Stitch Silver Thread (Queensland Poetry Festival, 2007) and Dark Side of Toys (Woodford Folk Festival, 2007). Described as the Dresdon Dolls of the poetry world, SeZsu present a high energy sound visual feast that will leave you stuffed.

As a duo that extends, seZsu draw on an array of artisans, threading the spoken and unspoken word to deliver a fusion of multimedia peformance. They have worked with the likes of David "Ghostboy" Stavanger, Jason Darling, Skye Staniford (Golden Virtues), DJ Nerfarius, Marisa Allen (Bremen Town Musician), Juanita Voz Barea and Justin Leegwater. They have performed at the Woodford Folk Festival (2007-08), Queensland Poetry Festival (2007); and have appeared at various Brisbane and Sunshine Coast haunts such as Tongue & Groove, ouTsiDers and Riverbend Books. You may also find them roving as candy girls at Wordfood Slam events.seZsu see with their soul, not with eyes limited by the shape of words.
