oh by anne bancroft about alan watts sorry did not credit the real author before! he was not afraid to call himself a mystic but saw with amusement how the people who hoped he would be their guru,or spiritual guide,were shaken when they saw his 'element of irreducible rascality'.He knew what they wanted-an idealised incarnation of radiant tranquality,love and compassion-but he was to honest to confess to anything but 'a quaking and palpitating mess of anxiety which lust and loathes,needs love and attention,and lives in terror of death putting an end to it's misery' when he looked at himself.This insight led to see that to try to control the 'quaking mess',to deny it and despise it in favour of what a mystic was supposed to feel,was to miss reality altogether,for the very attempt to do so was simply one more desire of the quaking mess.The quaking mess itself was as much a part of the universe as the rain,or flies,or disease.To see it as divine did not abolish it but allowed one the peace of mind of acceptance and deliverted one from schitzophrenic dichotomy of good against bad. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT DOC I LIKE THIS .. WHY DO WE UNDERSTAND CONCEPTS OF FEELINGS So take for example the understanding of some level of feeling alone and unlovedness! We tend to detach ourselves from recognition of how we have changed.As on some level those changes block and open pathways,simutaneously, to thought of connection to others and so called non connection! The actual reality of so called ins and outs.Of the so believed self.Is extremely interesting lets say.I believe reality changes through networks of concentration.That through some networks 'it'? is a big thing and others very small?.But the varying types connect ,and become each other to some degree.Very naturally more so than any other way.Yes like dream ,reality, subconscious,consciuos, and all these labels, as i will call them!As if reality was multidimensional, to some meaning of level, and there were.Or are differences ,to the perception, of how much ,these idea's have, and or mean.If i say i read someones mind yet ,is that possible, and how much should one question freely, through there feelings, that concept?.Maybe is better to free minds than to read them.Yet i have experienced, people saying things, and not being sure if they said it or thought it.Was that surrounded enviroment, of the time.By questions of reactions and meaning But was there also a balance, of feeling towards righteousness that outweighed the ego's determination.To make importance out of who and then,PLUS, how came about.!? Sorry to some as i write these idea's to make people question and do not consider how to make it easy to follow and i am not sure if that is true and or not as is obviuos to me.Yet I know people have trouble following ideas feelings and thoughts as i do.But relaxation will grow somehow and on some level all has effect and meaning so bless up peace and out for now!
