About Me

I was born and raised at the North Carolina coast. I moved to Georgia in 1999. I'm a real estate agent in Georgia. I am a realtor for GMAC Metro Brokers Real Estate. My office is in Woodstock, GA. I love my career! It gives me great joy to see someone so happy with the work that I have done. It is so rewarding to help a first time home buyer, elderly couple move closer to the grandchildren, or the one that is selling their first home. My best quaility for a seller is my negotiation skills. I've been in the business only since May of 2006 but so far all of my sold listings have sold for full list price or higher. I believe in my product. I'm not afraid to get out there and do some hard work. I believe in marketing a home in every way possible like internet, just listed cards, yard signs, open houses, broker luncheons, and flyers just to name a few. I love refferals and will do a great job."

My Interests

Real estate (of course), Bowling, Playing Pool, going to Comedy Clubs, Minature golf, music of all types, movies of all types, going to sporting events (such as hockey, baseball, football, & etc) but it doesn't keep my interest on tv unless it is the Green Bay Packers or the North Carolina Tarheels, spending time with friends, wine, going to concerts, and like any other girl I love to shop.

All types. From country to rock. From hip hop to rap. The lyrics usually has to have a meaning but I listen to some just for the beat. When I started creating this playlist I thaught I would organise it so that each song would flow with the next. Then I decided that it would take way too much time to get that done. So here it is and it is set with a random shuffle. And in some odd way it matches my style. If you have ever rode in a car with me then you know what I mean. It's one type of music one minute and something completely different the next.

Comedy, Suspense, Horror, Action, and I'm not afraid to admit that I like chick flicks.Madea
