The ARROW Programme stands for Art: a Resource for Reconciliation Over the World. It is a response from within the University College Plymouth St Mark & St John (Marjon), Plymouth, UK to the events of September 11th 2001, the build up to war in Iraq and increasing racial tensions in Britain.This page represents a window into different cultures and lifestyles. The ARROW Programme, seeks to build a creative dialogue between centres around the world.
