Ras Nestar was the bassie for country boy & the frontliners in Brixton, London. Ras Nestar left the frontliners to form the band Jah Time with Rudy Dread. He also worked with meny sound systems. Ras nestar is a revolutionary artist and is now working with his band Sound & Power and have conscious lyrics.
Ras Nestar is a member of the "Ethiopian World Federation" (E.W.F.) which means his mission is for africa at home and abroad. Ras Nestar believes that as rasta we should work for Africa because of the prophecy, Africa is the cradle of civilisation. If you know where you come from then you know where you are going.
