For the more advanced person, THE X WORKOUT guarantees to offer a new challenge to get a more ripped and agile physique. For the beginners, no worries...you have the option to listen to training tips from Lalo which explain the benefits of the exercise and how to start slow and work your way up.

Lalo Fuentes is a Los Angeles-based fitness professional who is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS). With over 7 years in the industry, Lalo effectively transforms the body and helps people to achieve maximum results. His innovative fitness routines and nutritional guidance ensures fast results for any individual seeking a more active and healthy lifestyle. Recognizing expertise in the industry, numerous national fitness publications have featured Lalo as a fitness expert.
