jiant

Jiant (pronounced "giant") is a multi-talented Soul music singer, songwriter, musician, and music producer. His music is an organic blend heavy on the soul with elements of Funk, Pop, and Jazz. An impressive artist with a distinctive voice in the genre, he released his 2006 debut CD entitled "Burn" (available at www.cdbaby.com/cd/jiant). Jiant has also written and produced music for MTV, other artists, and recently a gospel play. He has also appeared on numerous CD compilations and was a runner up in the 2005 DiscMakers Battle of the Bands. In addition, Jiant was responsible for creating the monthly Thursday Night Soul showcase in New York that featured live performances by some of the best artists on the scene.
