Crown P A.K.A. Tyler Bear is a 22 year old producer and emcee hailing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Originally from Flying Dust First Nation he has a very strong connection to his native roots. Crown P grew up listening to hiphop music and eventually found himself writing here and there, but not really taking it seriously until he moved to the city. It was there, where his real hiphop involvement started and he fell back in love with writing and expressing himself through music. Since then he started moving forward, writing and producing many of his own tracks. He focuses on real life struggles of the native youth, events and problems of the present. He started out small, using any extra money he had to purchase what he could to start recording himself and others. His first stage appearance was with Unsatisfied Poets, and from there went on to preform many places across the province. Be on the lookout for this talented emcee as he has just begun to get noticed in the local hiphop scene and is already making moves... ..
