At this point 40 Drop Records is reaching its two year mark. (Thanks in part to everyone that has supported us thus far!) 40 Drop head quarters is located in Pottstown (P-Town), Pennsylvania.
You may have seen our artists, JPK and Bigg Redd, opening for Tech N9ne, Ill Bill, King Gordy, Canibus, Dylan Dilinjah, Project Born, Esham, Anybody Killa, Dead By Wednesday, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Paul Wall, Lord Malice, Lewn, Grave Plott, Menace II Sobriety, and various other acts. They have played shows in PA, NJ, and TX. (JPK has also played solo shows in IL and DE.) Both artists are featured on numerous CDs and samplers which can be purchased through our myspace upon request. (Check out JPK's most recent release Pirate of the Underground featuring; Bigg Redd, Big Slack, and McNastee!!)
The newest additions to our underground family, Murda and Stress, are currently working on their debut EP. You can expect big things from these two in the future.
40 Drop Records is committed to spotlighting underground talent. We know that new artists are breaking out from the underground on the daily. We are always available to help promote other underground events and artists. Family-esque relationships are extremely important to us. (Just ask any of our homies!!)
