I miss you dearly, Mom, Jacob and Damien.
PLEASE Post to your site. The photo slides of this beautiful child is to bear witness and to also proclaim what we were told by him. In doing so, it's our hope his last words bring comfort to others in reading this message. I am his Aunt and
I created the slide photos and I sing this song in memory of my beloved seven year old nephew, Damien, who lost his battle with neuroblastoma cancer on 1-18-09. Just before he passed he said with great excitement as he pointed out in front of him with his little hand that he sees Jesus and the Angels. He then closed his eyes peacefully and in a twinkle of an eye he left us with an angelic glow to his little face. His full story is in my book. I picked this song, From A Distance, because to me it's a song of hope. Sharing heartfelt thanks to family members, friends that helped, sent Damien cards, gifts, to Saint Jude and Chapel Hill Hospital, The Make A Wish Foundation, McDonald House. Also, to the many strangers who opened up their hearts in prayer, sent cards and gifts to Damien. Please...Continue to keep our family in your prayers and with love from all of us. Please pass his message along to others.

What This "SPACE" is all about. It's about me, Motor City Motown Marysue.........but first... I just want to say... I am NOT 99 years old. Just messin' with ya!!!What I am trying to do with "myspace" page is to bring out more of what I enjoy doing ....and...to share a few of my creations with "you" ....It's my thought that if I don't share my creations then they seem to have no life and just lay dead on the shelf or on paper somewhere .........lost and maybe even forgottenTaking time for MYSELF at this time is important to me. The only thing that I can offer with creating is my passionRecently, I've became interested in singing cover songs. I am seeking vocal development in doing so. Singing on the web cam has helped also in my development as an artist and performer.To my delight, I have found that I am kind of " unfamous but famous online" and around the world and have many listeners and gosh...... even fans!!
As an original artist/songwriter I started recording videos of "me" singing in August 2007 in different song communities that I am currently a member of. I started singing cover songs in March 2007 then decided to turn the web cam on. What is has become: VERY addicting and I am seeking no cure either:O)I will be recording on web cam covers and my originals song playin em on guitar. Which is a very exciting project I will begin very soon too.It's my hope: If someone hears, reads or sees what I do and it inspire them then this....is " very special"....for me to do.I got a late start but I feel it's never to late to keep trying when you have a passion to do so.I think we all have something beautiful to offer and share if we only wish too... so, I am gonna let go of my creative juices.
