I LOVE to ski. There is nothing more calming to me then standing at the top of a run, looking around at the scenery and jumpin into the run. I also like mountain biking and rollerblading although both were stolen while I was off at college, so thats the next purchase for me. I'm also a big movie fan and also enjoying going to live shows downtown and at the Gorge (would be great to have a buddy/gf to go with). I do drink but more on a social level (Love a good beer or a stiff Captain and Coke). I don't smoke but I'm not a snob about those who do, we all have our vices. For any more info, again drop me a line.
I'd like to meet...Steve Martin, John Belushi, Chris Farley, JFK, Joe McCarthy (ask him why he was so scared of commies), Harrison Ford (he needs to become the ass kickin president we all know he is, Jack Bates (I heard he was a good man and I would have got along with him), John Converse (find out what plane making was like in the big red barn plus he was supposedly a pretty funny guy), Joe Strummer (just to say, "The Clash RULE!), Joe Popper (I need more blues traveler in my life, and to say congrats on getting thin but the harmonicas hung better when you wre fat). Edgar Martinez and Harold Reynolds (again)
I would also like to meet Skip Bayless and ask him why he has to be such a bastard all the time. I mean he has not written a single nice thing EVER that I have seen...what an ass.

Im really into more the alternative rock scene out lately (Interpol, Modest Mouse, The Killers, Pretty Girls Make Graves). But I grew up during the grunge era so I LOVE Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and such. Old school punk is great too. Social D, Vandels, The Clash, Ramones, Sex Pistols and more.
Huge movie fan. I'll watch anything from foreign films, action, comedy and even a chick flick here or there. I think Im just a sucker for moving images.
I watch probably to much TV but most of it is sports related (baseball, football, basketball, sportscenter, etc.). I get drawn in by shows on discovery, basically any of those shows where they are building/recreating some kind of guy thing (car, bike, house). Lately I've been loving the Food Network, Dinner: Impossible is great. Yet I am a channel surfer so I can usually find something to peak my interest, although I do avoid the Lifetime Channel and Dr Phil like the plague.
I have read all but 1 or maybe 2 of Chuck Palanuick's books (he wrote fight club), they are super weird but cant put 'em down. The Hitcherhikers Guide series (yes there is more than one book and I was a fan before the movie), the few Harry Potters Ive read, Edgar Allen Poe, Kurt Vonnegut, Nelson DeMille. I enjoy more spy, mystery and intrigue. I have read some classics and do enjoy some Shakespeare also.
My Dad, My Grandpa and My Great-Grandpa. The have set the bar of which I would love to meet or exceed. Great men, fathers, workers and role models.
