About Me

Acoustic guitar vocals/covers
Greetings to one and all
In the beginning and then, there was music.
My earliest memory was around the age of 5. Being woken up on a Sunday morning by the wonderful smell of plantain and fried dumplings that my mother use to make and a song from Pat Boone or Jim Reeves playing in the background. One particular song I remember so well was ‘Across the bridge there'll be no sorrow’.
'VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE'
Son of a preacher man! I was raised in church. And as a nine year old I had access to a lot of instruments. I played the drums, rhythm guitar, bass guitar and piano, right up until the age of eighteen when I decided to settle with the Bass.
For many years I worked with a variety of musicians, touring up and down the country and performing a wide genre of music, from Reggae to Funk, Soul, Rock, Blues, Pop and African.
2003 was for me the year of change, to reinvent I hung up the bass and brought an acoustic guitar, took up vocal training at Nottingham University Broxtowe and that was it. The rest is history. I’ve been performing on the circuit for seven years which has been a wonderful experience and huge development for me.
So if like me you love variety, but want to add a little extra spice to your special occasion, then look no further. With all the experience that I’ve acquired, it’s now apart of my repertoire.
