Thanks to his skills he worked with the biggest stars in the French music industry. He developed his own style and sense of the rhythm, fitting himself to any musical genre.HIS CAREERIn 1997, after a 2 year degree in audiovisuals, David watches the video « Lucie » by Pascal Obispo. This very video triggered something in his mind: He will be a video editor.In 1998, he meets Skwall. At that time, Skwall was one of the references within the hip-hop video making industry in France.The 2 men got along pretty well and David became the editor at Fokal production, where he edited a hundred videos.Then David worked among the biggest video productions in Paris and surrounded himself with the best directors in Paris like JG Biggs, Raphael IV, Thierry Vergnes, Karim Ouaret, Armen, etc …Today, David knows everything about AVID cutting tables.As a man, David hasn’t let it go to his head. He is a nice guy, very patient and discreet, who has created bonds of friendship with the directors and artists he has worked with.Today, David’s main ambition is to conquest the productions across the Atlantic, work with famous and skilled directors such as Hype Williams, Diane Martel, Dave Myers,Chris Robinson, Melina, Benny Boom to name a few, and introduce them to his French touch!.

SHOW REEL SLOWPlus de 280 clips à son actif : HIP HOP, R’N’B, POP, ELECTRO, ROCK, WORLD MUSIC ….Seulement 34 Ans et déjà 10 ans de carrière dans le clip en FranceDavid Poucet, un nom qui ne vous dit rien et pourtant…C’est le boss des monteurs de clip sur Paris……..Son talent lui a permis de travailler avec toutes les plus grande stars de la musique française .Il a su créer son propre style, hyper sensible à tous les genres musicaux, un vrai sens du rythme, il s’adapte parfaitement à la vibes.SON PARCOURS…Après 2 ans de BTS audiovisuel, David découvre en 1997 le clip « Lucie » de Pascal Obispo, ce sera le déclic, sa vocation de monteur de clips vidéo est née…En 1998, il rencontre Skwall qui à ce moment-là est l’une des références dans le domaine du clip hip hop et R&B en France.Le feeling entre les 2 hommes est tel que David devient vite le monteur attitré de la production « Fokal » où il fera ses premières armes et y montera plus d’une centaine de clips.Par la suite, il travaillera avec les plus grandes productions de clip de Paris, il a su s’entourer des meilleurs réalisateurs notamment, JG Biggs, Raphael IV, Thierry Vergnes, Karim Ouaret, Armen, etc …Les stations de montage AVID n’ont plus de secret pour lui.A l’inverse de ses montages, David est un homme simple, patient et discret, qui a su créer des liens amicaux avec bon nombre des réalisateurs et artistes avec qui il a collaboré.Aujourd’hui, il a pour ambition de conquérir les productions outre atlantique et de travailler avec des réalisateurs tel que Hype Williams, Diane Martel, Dave Myers,Chris Robinson, Melina, Benny Boom …En un mot, apporter sa « French touch »….
