Well I'm 28 years old and for those 28 years I have been female. I'm an artist and a writer (my fanfic and art is on the web) and one day, please God, I hope to have at least one book published. I'm working on a few at the moment and also a script which is probably exceedingly lame but I'm working with what God gave me so I'll beg for a little mercy please.

I'm a Christian. I believe that God is love and am pro gay marriages and a lot of things that are probably, and wrongly, thought to go against my faith. I believe in a lot of probably freaky things as well. My sun is in Pisces, my moon in Cancer and my ascendent is Scorpio so I'm pretty watery. I have had kidney problems throughout the years and was home schooled for my last few years of high school.

My favourite lines I have written are: "It is the shadow's curse to love and follow the light... And now I am here, alone and devastated. I hate the earth because it is allowed to hold you. I envy Heaven for it brings you peace. Something I could never do...I feel that my strength has been taken. The light has been stolen. The world is dark and the shadow that loved you grown cold." All taken from "A Letter Placed On the Grave of a Woman..." a Snape/Lily story. I'm also fond of: ""Boone is only 10. His words and opinion would have all the worth of the fortune hidden inside a cookie in a Chinese food restaurant: Looked at, and for all the reader’s intention to remember, forgotten hours later, tossed aside and discarded with everything else."" That's from "Memory" a Boone/Shannon "LOST" fic.
I use the net at my local library so I may take a while to reply. I'm going to get kicked off the computer so I'll finish this profile sometime soon!

ANTOINE DE SAINT-EXUPERY: Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking together in the same direction.

C.S. LEWIS: Why love if losing hurts so much? We love to know that we are not alone.

PAUL "LILI": I think you'd like some day to have the feeling that you're loved, that somebody cares about what happens to you..

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS: Love is not an art to us... It is life to us.

JOHN CALE:All so that it would be a stronger world, A strong, though loving, world to die in.

LUCY "STEPHEN KING'S THE STAND": I just happen to think love is very important, only love will get us through this, good connections; it's hate against us, worse, it's emptiness.

LEMONY SNICKET:Strange as it may seem, I still hope for the best, even though the best, like an interesting piece of mail, so rarely arrives, and even when it does it can be lost so easily.

I thought this was so funny I would post it here. I don't know if it's really me,I'd like it to be, but it made me smile!

GIRLY MYSPACE CURSORS!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who is nice and artistic. I think Clive Barker would be a really neat person to meet so I'll list him here and add names as I think of them. Oh and David Lynch too. I'd say God and Jesus but I feel as if they have talked silently to me throughout my life. Meeting them in person would only be like meeting a friend you have never seen.I'd like to meet Mike Fisher so I could thank him for the kindness he showed a little boy called Elgin.I'm really shy. I mean painfully shy... I even freak out if I have to use the phone. So it may not be a good idea for me to meet half the people I want too. That's probably true. I can write better. In person I either come off as a smiling idiot or as a loner. I just can't seem to talk as well as I can write. It's been this way for a while. So I probably shouldn't meet anyone... Just type with them.

"I am a man, and men are animals who tell stories. This is a gift from God, who spoke our species into being, but left the end of our story untold. That mystery is troubling to us. How could it be otherwise? Without the final part, we think, how are we to make sense of all that went before: which is to say, our lives? So we make stories of our own, in fevered and envious imitation of our Maker, hoping that we'll tell, by chance, what God left untold. And finishing our tale, come to understand why we were born." - Clive Barker prologue to Sacrament.

Here is something that always makes me laugh, no matter how sad my mood is. Rowlf, I love you! Jim Henson, I love you too! ;)

WARNING!!!

I've added (or at least tried since it's disappeared a few times) the final scene from my favourite movie "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me" to my profile. If you don't want to be spoiled don't watch it. If you don't plan on seeing the film then please watch it incase it makes you curious. What I will say is that this scene is one of the most touching to me. What Laura Palmer feared did not happen. She was right and chose not to listen to Cooper, the man beside her, who tried to lead her wrong. Watch her expression one of desolation turned to joy as something else enters the room. All those years of pain and sexual abuse have come to an end. She will not be forced to become that which she hated. She has found escape and God loves her.
