Emeril Lagasse was born on October 15, 1959, in Fall River, Massachusetts. After turing down a music scholarship, Emeril Lagasse chased his dream of becoming a profound chef and has obviously succeeded, winning countless awards. His two shows, Essence of Emeril and Emeril Live, are amazing successes.
