Dirty South Entertainment was founded in 2002 by Bizzi B, Rossi G and Suf. They later added SK47 (known then as Sun4Sho) to the group and began recording. Dirty South Entertainment hosted a live event called The Next Episode in 2002 however the sequel Special Delivery was cancelled.
In 2003 Rossi G left the company but continued rapping under the name Excalibur. With the company looking like it was over Bizzi B continued to DJ and released the mixtape Street Jamz Vol 1.
In 2006 Rossi G returned to the company and began recording Conspiracy Therapy and announced that the executive producer would be Bizzi B. Sun4Sho also returned under the new name of SK47. By 2008 the company looks to launch three mixtapes, SK47- SK Phenomenon, Bizzi B - Street Jamz Volume 2 Pure Blendz and Rossi G - Conspiracy Therapy.
