Emilio Banda

Emilio Banda is a dynamic singer/songwriter based in Seattle Washington whose songs are always catchy and very POP! Emilio started his musical carreer with his band "Static Radio" in Seattle in the 1990s and still continues and is currently working on a full length. In 2007 Emilio started a solo carreer as well and recorded his debut "Emilio Banda-Artist on the Hill" at London Bridge studios in Seattle. His sound comes from his roots as a HUGE Beatle fan as well as Elliott Smith, David Bowie and Death Cab for Cutie as influences. Emilio crafts his songs the way that many of his idols did giving them an almost classic sound. He deeply cares about his lyrics, how the whole songs makes you feel and always strives for a complete song. He took vocal lessons from Seattle's "Susan Carr" (Chris Cornell, Layne Staley etc.) and the results speak for themselves. Emilio has had major label interest and done showcases in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles and Chicago. He has been highly praised for his songwriting! Emilio is currently in the market searching for the "Right" label to make his dreams come true.
