I am a photographer and I absolutly love it. Art is a big part of my life. I like to be inspired by everyday things, like rain, playing, animals and children. I love to capture moments in time, a view of the world that only can be seen through my eyes. I try to find beauty in all I see. Take notice of all the little things that so many take for granted. Nature and animals facinate me, there is so much out there if you only take the time to notice. My husband is a firefighter, so I have been very lucky to get inside burning buildings to take shots that both scare me and thrill me at the same time. Seeing what they do up close and personal is a wonder, these brave men and women are both heros and crazy at the same time. They are my idols for sure. I have to say though, that my favorite subject is my ten year old son, Jack. He is playful, messy, dramatic, smart, funny...you get the drift.
