We didn't have any instumentals at the time so,we made beats with are mouths.I would start the beat and he would flow...and than I would flow and he picked up on the same beat I started wit."It was all freestyle at first" Real shit!! And Niggaz would do it everyday after school. (Brandon AKA B.Church Age 12.Mike Aka Rock The kid Age 10) Than we started gettin real good at it and started askin around for beats.So my uncle had supplied us with a smooth track and we wrote to it and gave it a hook. the song was called "Steady Strappin" we recorded that summer of 97' and everyone in the hood loved it and told us we should keep it up and we never know where it could take us. So we did. We made probably like 6 or 7 more songs all of a black boom box, where talkin 97' the error when cassette tapes were in. Are chemistry was crazy hott! And we knew at our ages and writtin hot lyric's like we were that something had to come out of this. Other kids were singin our songs and everyone couldn't beleive at ages 12 and 14 that we had actually devolped a sound for ourselves. so around summer of 99' I was 15.(B.Church) First year in high school and Rock The Kid Was still in junior high. We had eventually lost contact with either up until summer 2001. Than he moved to Arizona. So a little after that my cousin Mz.Denver and i had been talkin bout formin a group with Rock the kid and his sister (Ke-Ke) but still hadden came up with a name...So i had came up with Fresh Til Death Ent... Which was changed over To Fresh Mafia Ent By myself and Rock the kid in 2004. Around this time is when it got serious and Rock The kid just had Graduated Central High School In Pheniox Az May of 2004. And he Started Makin Fruity Loops Samples in August of 2004 where he attendanted college in Oklahoma.Mean While back in Denver where i reside,me and Mz.Denver are out here killin shows now with a new name. "Fresh Mafia" She at the time was going by the name of Rowdy and just recently changed it cause she feels like she is the Queen of this shit.Mz.Denver had started her Rap Career in early Winter in 93'. By mid summer of 94' She had mad a name for herself which @ the time was Miss Chieff. She was doin dance competitions and killin talent shows all over and was discovered by a well known producer in Denver by the name of Darnell who owns Fat City Ent. Her and two other artist by the name of Dana Banks and Pokey were his main acts. By winter of 95' She had a Complete 17 track album tittled "The Beginning " With 3 major singles and A video. She was on her way. In 96' She was the opening act for (Joe. rnb singer) So in fall of 97' at the age 16. one of her cd's had gotten in the hads of Jodeci's Davonte in New York City and he had gotten in contact with her management to talk business about getting her signed and flying her to New York where they would then talk business. Davonte keep in contact w/ her everyday things were sounding good until Davonte tells Mz.Denver's Manager over the phone that he could fly him to Ny w/ her but after they cut the deal with her that they no longer needed him because the record label already had her there own manager...Then the shit hits the fan and Darnell (Mz.Denver's Manager) was the only one that had contact w/Davonte. He then changes the studio number (Fat City) And tells her and her mom that he would find someone else that was talkin bout a better deal. So she got discouraged and stopped up until 2004. When B.Church And Mz.Denver kilt a show at the Ogen Theater in fall of 2004. She saw the crowds reaction and behind the stage she told me that she was back in action!!! And now her and Ke-Ke an upcoming Artist of Loyal Fam & Fresh Mafia are now in the studio to get there lady fresh movement started...Ke-ke who is the older sister of Rapper/Super Producer Rock The Kid...B.Church is short for my name And you might her me refer to myself as the 16deal. Which was givin to me by Rock The Kid in 2004. It's like a battle name...Meaning dealing hot 16's. but earlier in my rap career I was known by my niggaz as LB. In 2002 I was involved wit Hard Head Ent... A group here in Denver. 2002-2003 I helped them sell over 9000 units in the streets out of trunks, and the whole 9. Hard Head Ent... Was Started By Satcz aka Bond And Laffeyette. All though I had never recorded on wax w/ them but we were all coo. I just was feeling like we weren't seeing eye to eye and I had needed to be heard. And there music was entirely different than what i was trying to project. So I had went solo...All though I had kilt shows With Mz.Denver I still needed to express myself. By myself....So in Dec. of 2004 a month before my son was born I dropped Denver Born. 1 version With MDz from Bowa Music Ent... And Another version of it in Young Doe's Studio of Elite Ent Group...It's a Jimmy Hendrix Sample That was made by Rock The Kid in August of 2004. I dropped that and I showed so much love on it as far as shot out's. Everyone not only loved it...They also respected it as well. And from then on I have really been able to express myself in song as an individual artist. We Rep Denver to the fullest!! My boy Rock the Kid has recently been in the studio to start recording his first album tittled "RichFlow Presents....Rock The Kid The Unknown Wonder", Flash backs Of 96'...My Album soon to Drop Tittled "Denver Born An Instant Classic"And As for Ke-Ke And Mz.Denver are currently workin on a dual album and individual albums as well. Album tittles are still on decided for the both of them ...And be on the look out for The Mafia Alblum...And the B.Church & Rock The kid Album....Err Boby Throw Ya Mafuckin F's Up!!! 1. ~Fresh Mafia~..
