David Brinston is a gifted vocalist from the Mississippi Delta. He was born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Later relocating to Memphis Tennessee where he perfected his craft performing on Beale Street. This young man has performed with many professionals such as The Manhattans, Johnnie Taylor, Millie Jackson, Tyrone Davis and Betty Wright. He has earned a loyal fan base in the United States and Abroad. Gifted because David Brinston is a Vocalist, Producer, Writer and Arranger. He also plays keyboard.He has been fortunute to work with extra-ordinary writers, and musicians during his music career. among those are Sylvester Parsons, Malaco Records, & songwriter/ composer Linda Stokes, she wrote Freaky Girl, Party Til The Lights Go Out, She Robbed Me,Rockin, Player's Club, and the latest "Too Many Women" and several other songs. They have all played very important roles, and their hard work and contributions are greatly appreciated.David's first solo album, “Slow Down From the Run Around†was released in 1988. He followed up with “Somebody's Cuttin My Cake†in 1998. The Album “Fly Right†was released in 2001, followed by “The Real Deal†and “Rockin.†These albums produced a bow wave in the R&B market with songs such as "Hit and Run, Two Way Love Affair, Somebody's Cuttin My Cake, Party Till The Lights Go Out, Junk In The Trunk and Hard Workin Lady." you'll be hearing a lot more from the gifted Mr. David Brinston.
