We are located in Milford at TWO locations: 2 Cape Road (On rt 140 next to Dominoes) and 124 Medway Road (Inside Perfect Shape Gym).
What makes American Karate and Fitness different from other schools? We offer a wide-range of programs. We offer both children and adult courses. We also offer a women's self-defense course, weapons classes, and sparring classes (now including ground grappling techniques!). We also offer an afterschool daycare program as well! American Kenpo Karate is great, as it helps confidence grow and teaches life skills for beyond the classes.
Have a birthday coming up? We also offer birthday parties!! Birthday balloons, cards, food, and kenpo fun! It's great for friends and family!
