So 12 years ago I went to my first real rave, man I was blown away. That was the exact moment when I knew I had to do this. So I borrowed as much time as I could on my Dad’s video editing desk and started mixing CDs.At 18 I moved on to vinyl and also to a deeper sound. I was pushing out mixed tapes and gained quite a name for myself. I was playing regularly at house parties, clubs, bars and record stores. Soon thereafter I got my first real break, a VIP set in a popular radio shows club night!From there I became a regular in the “Durban Underground” Scenes and synonymous with their parties. As time moved I began to play at more and more new clubs, including 330, Zeta Bar, Tilt, Panama Room, Cafe Vacca Matta and all 6 of the Durban Underground parties.I have played on the local radio stations a number of times and along many of SA’s local house DJ’s, including Coco Loco, Pimp Squad, Dino Moran and Craig De Sousa. I also have had the privilege of playing along some of the world’s greatest house DJ talents, including Tim Deluxe, Roger Goode, Lawnchair Generals, Swirl People and more.I like to take a dance floor on a trip, through all types of house. I often start it off deep and subtle, picking it up gradually, and always planning a great ending.Over the last few years I have started producing a unique sound I can call my own, that defines the music I enjoy and love to play.
