Born in Milano, between the 70's and 80's he attends the course of electronic music at the Conservatory of Milan. In 1988 he's a founder of the beat-rock quartet OverTime, as the lead singer and keyboardist; meanwhile he begins using an Atari computer for processing his musical ideas (end of the Eighties: before the Internet...).
Since 2002 his activities suddenly increase: he becomes the singer of Mike Painter & The Family Shakers (now Mike Painter Band) , a band with a sound blending hammond grooves, funk and acid jazz, participating to the recording of an album ("Go Up!") and several shows in Italy and Europe; from 2004 he joins the classic soul ensemble Marcus Pepper Love Revue, which becomes the Blue-Eyed Soul Team (B.E.S.T.) in 2005; also in 2005 he joins the Wasabi Devotion dance-electropop project. In 2006 he launches the sextet OverBox (an extension of OverTime) offering a show based on the rock opera "Quadrophenia", and begins working with the hard-blues band The Burpers .
Also a composer and lyrics writer, his experiences include an extremely wide range of situations and musical genres (explaining the "serial singer" attribute): from rock to pop, from gospel to soul (undoubtely his preferred field), from jazz to blues; lead and choral singing, a cappella and vocal percussions; some awards at singing contests; acttor-singer in a theatral musical comedy, backing vocalist for studio sessions, events presenter, radio speaker and deejay; he writes musical review for fanzines (on the Internet as well), and he also wrote a novel (still unreleased) with a subject partially related to music, titled "My Music Machine".

Nato a Milano, tra gli anni '70 e '80 frequenta il corso di musica elettronica al Conservatorio “G. Verdi” di Milano. Nel 1988 fonda il quartetto beat-rock OverTime, di cui è voce solista e tastierista; contemporaneamente inizia ad usare un computer Atari per elaborare le proprie idee musicali (fine anni '80: prima di Internet...).
Dal 2002 incrementa decisamente le sue attività musicali: diventa il cantante di Mike Painter & The Family Shakers (ora Mike Painter Band) , gruppo dalle sonorità hammond grooves, funk e acid jazz, con cui partecipa alla realizzazione dell'album Go Up! e a numerosi concerti in Italia ed Europa; dal 2004 entra nell'ensemble di soul classico Marcus Pepper Love Revue, che l'anno dopo diventerà il Blue-Eyed Soul Team (B.E.S.T.); a fine 2005 si unisce ai Wasabi Devotion , progetto dance-electropop orientato al lavoro in studio; nel 2006 lancia il sestetto OverBox che propone uno show basato sull'opera rock "Quadrophenia", e inizia a lavorare con il gruppo di hard-blues The Burpers .
Anche compositore e autore di testi, le sue esperienze includono una gamma estremamente vasta di situazioni e generi musicali (da cui l'appellativo di "serial singer"): dal rock al pop, dal gospel al soul (indubbiamente il suo terreno preferito), dal jazz al blues; canto solista e corale, a cappella e vocal percussions; qualche premio a concorsi canori; attore-cantante in una commedia musicale teatrale, corista in studio, presentatore, speaker radio e deejay; scrive recensioni musicali per fanzines e siti web, e ha scritto un romanzo (tuttora inedito) dal tema parzialmente legato alla musica, intitolato "My Music Machine".
