I am here for Friends

About Me

I love God and I trust him with every aspect of my life. That is pretty much who I am. Just trying to be more like God wants me to be... it's a process but I'm working on it.

My Interests

I love all aspects of music. I graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis with 2 degrees: Music with an emphesis in vocal performance and Music Business. I love listening to music, playing piano, singing, being around music, going to concerts... I also love working at Club 3 Degrees downtown Minneapolis.I also enjoy being outside in the sun (not the snow), I love playing volleyball and soccer, going for walks, deep conversations, baking cookies, hanging out with friends, laughing a lot, being organized, traveling, boating, being close to that special person, dogs, roller blading, fruit snacks...

I'd like to meet:

I love meeting new people so I'll talk to anyone. But I am not here to find a boyfriend so please don't talk all nasty and don't ask me out, especially if I don't know you.

Music:

Music is my life. I listen to music all the time and I listen to almost anything. My favs are: Relient K, Sara Groves, DownHere, Dashboard Confessional, Delirious, Evanescence, Copeland, Sleeping At Last, Death Cab For Cutie, Eisley, Lovedrug, The Postal ServiceI don't know if I could live without music.

Movies:

My fav is Emperors New Groove cause it is hillarious. Ice Age, Cars, and Finding Nemo go along with that one. I also like John Q, I Am Sam, Man on Fire, Lord of the Rings, 6th Sense, Princess Bride... I like the ones that either make me laugh uncontrolably, have a messed up ending, or really tug on my heart and make me cry.

Television:

I don't really like watching TV. I think it is a huge waste of time and there is lots of crap on it that I don't want to fill my head with.

Books:

I like to read. Blue Like Jazz and Searching for God Knows What by Donald Miller. The Million Dollar Mysteries series by Mindy Starns Clark. Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell. Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are? and To Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street are my favorite Dr. Suess books. Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

Heroes:

Dad, Mom, Dave Pedde, Dr. Anderson, Reggie Dabbs.
