Have You Seen Me?

Most people who are on MySpace are here to reunite with friends, dating and so on. The bottom line is, there here for fun. This MySpace page has been created not for fun, but in hope to give a family some peace of mind. The young girl that you see on this page is Desiree Lynette Lopez. Desiree at that time 17 years old told her family she was thinking of leaving to Las Vegas with an older male which she had been living with for the past six months by the name of Miguel Angel Pieri. Desiree always told her family that Miguel and her only had a friendship and Miguel had connections in Las Vegas, Nevada and if she decides to go it would only be for a short time and she would eventually move to California on her own. Desiree’s family of course objected to her going and warned her of the things that could happen to her especially with a man she barley knew. On 8/15/1996 Desiree decided to finally go to Las Vegas with Miguel she told her family she would call as soon as she arrived. Till this day her family is still waiting for her phone call. It’s been 10 years sense then, Desiree would now be 28 years old. Police continue to investigate her case, but like in any missing persons case there comes a point when you reach a dead end. Then there’s always that thought no parent wants to think of “Is she dead or alive?” So I thought what better place to put Desiree’s information then on a website that is used by millions of people around the world everyday.
