MySpace Comments Formerly known as Christy Humphreys, I graduated in the class of '98 from a small town high school in VA. Now, 10 years later, I am married to my long time boyfriend and musician, Righteous. We have two beautiful daughters, Malaysia, age 6 and Lyric, age 4. I also have a precious step-daughter, Leilani who is now 7. I'm a pretty quiet person (most of the time). I am somewhat shy but very honest. Love to laugh. Very laid back and low key. I prefer to stay out of the spotlight. I hate being the center of attention. Don't like to make a lotta noise if ya know what I mean. But make no mistakes, I always stand up for myself and what I believe. I love spending all my spare time with my family and I am ashamed to say, like most women, I love to shop. It sounds kinda materialistic. But in all honesty, 90% of the stuff I buy is for other people. I love doing things for those who are less fortunate than me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not rich, but I do have a good job and alot more than alot of people. And I don't take that for granted. I know I'm blessed. I am proud of the point I have made it to in my life and the obsacles that I have overcome. I have not been completely successful and I haven't fulfilled all of my dreams yet. But I feel like I've come a long way. I've learned alot of lessons in life and I've finally made it to a point where I actually stop and use my head before I react to a situation. And trust me, that's a very good thing. It use to be the other way around. I would just react and then have to deal with the consequences which were usually not good. In alot of ways I have remained the same but I admit I've also changed alot over time and I think that is the way it should be. When your changing, it means your growing. I can't see still running around acting like I did when I was 16. Change is essential to life. I never want to stop changing and learning so I will be able to pass onto my children everything I know. My children and my husband have given me a sense of fulfillment in my life and I give thanks for them everyday. We never have a dull moment. I have been truly blessed.
