Svart Kaffe is a Swedish folk music trio with a repertoar of swedish traditional tunes and a great part of own compositions in traditional style. The music is strongly characterized by the three members who origins from different places and different traditions, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Lyon. With a big variety of tunes and contemporary arrangements this trio creates a modern performance with traditional roots. Svart Kaffe has been touring around Europe, especially in France and England, with concerts, workshops and playing for dance during since 1990.
