A local group of volunteers from your area is in the midst of coordinating a charity event to benefit The Kiel Eigen Trust Fund and the Allied Services Spinal Cord Injury Patient Fund and we need your help. The event, entitled Community, Service and Celebration Day at Nay Aug Park, is scheduled for Sunday, July 8th.* * * * *
As you may know, Kiel Eigen was a star athlete for the Old Forge Blue Devils when he incurred a life altering spinal cord injury during a September 2006 football game. True to form, our community immediately rallied together with overwhelming support for Kiel and his family, but there..s still an abundance of help needed. The vision of this event is not only to provide financial assistance to a very worthy cause, but also bring our local residents together to celebrate the strong sense of camaraderie that can only be found in communities such as ours.* * * * *

Jeremy Occhipinti and Friends will perform original and classic rock music. Included in this performance will be very special guests from the community. The Raffle Drawing will be held during this performance* * * *
