Bus Stop Coffee was formed in 2004, in France.
Initially the only members where Jenni and her best friend Juliet. These two meandered about with a guitar and vocals for a little while, eventually getting past the phase of incredibly awful songs into something a little more bearable. In 2005, Juliet left France, and Jenni recruited a bassist, guitarist, violinist and vocalist in her wake. Things were all going swimmingly until late 2006, where Jenni picked up her stuff and decided she'd had enough of Europe.
Now residing under the Australian sun, this girl continues writing mostly because she is incapable of not doing so, and keeps recording because she has nothing better to do.
Sometimes, she toys with the idea of recruiting a band again, but nothing could replace the excellence she had formerly attained. Though she's open to the idea.
In the meantime, she sings along to Regina Spektor and the Dresden Dolls and strums along to Placebo, wondering frustratedly why she never ends up sounding half that cool.
She is also discovering, though granted this is her first attempt at it, that she quite enjoys writing about herself in the third person.
