Ayishah / Linda Horowitz

I am here for Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

"
"THE WORDS I WRITE KEEP ME FROM TOTAL MADNESS..." Charles Bukowski
but still ..........
"THE BEST IS YET TO COME..." Frankie Sinatra
... at times words are whispered
... at times, words are spoken aloud
... at times, words are screamed
... words shape the thoughts, the dreams, the illusions.....
WELCOME TO MY CAVE
..... well, my friends call me a 'hardcore' freelance photo-journalist, author and writer living near the center of Copenhagen...
... my pseudonym is Ayishah, the name i was once honoured with by a Bedouin sheikh in the Sinai Desert... but my true name is Linda Horowitz.
... travelling around the globe in search of new adventures. Write stories and photograph cultures, music. And sometimes I write on subjects that bug me about society.
For years, I shot photos of concert musicians, did documentary and portrait photography. But almost starved and couldn't even afford a banana. SOLUTION: COMBINE PHOTO AND WRITING......
... and for 13 years, I worked on the editorial staff of a music magazine
... but today I work independently, and am in the final ,,,commas,,, of my second book. The first was a photo-docoumentary.
...This one is a novel, titled "WHISPERS IN THE DESERT," an intimate love story between a Sinai Bedouin and an Israeli photographer.......

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who would like to tell me something new and interesting... musicians, writers, photographers, non-conformists, social misfits........ Anyone I can inspire or be inspired by... Critique is certainly also welcome.
... but NO porno or men after one night stands, thank you...
