How do you stop a friend from going down the same street
When they are trying to get some where they don’t wanna reach
They have been down that street before
And it didn’t bring them joy and happiness anymore
Now there going down that street again
Just to try to make that dollar out of ten
But it puzzle me how they do things that don’t make them happy
Just to try to make that dollar in a snappy
Its hard to help some one that don’t wanna change
But it hurts to see there life going down in the drain
I try to talk to them but its like there deaf
Cause everything I said went in the right and came out the left
There the only one that don’t realize there life’s a mess
But there causing all there friends and family around them stress
I know life gets hard and it sometimes hurt
